Policies & Procedures

When you join the CCH family, we have standard practices for the safety of all concerned.  We enter your home and desire only the best experiences for you, your family, and your furry friends. Each Team Member is insured, bonded, and trained in first aid for pets and people.

We train each member for thirty (30) hours of on-the-job training, allowing them to work with your family, and continuing education of ten (10) hours is required annually.

We will first speak with one another via video chat conversation.  During our conversation, we usually make an appointment for a “Meet & Greet” in your home with you and your furry friends.

Two Days BEFORE the meeting, we will request a copy of a valid driver’s license or passport. If you are uncomfortable with this arrangement, we are willing to have our meet and greet in a public area of our choosing.
Do not worry; we will make the location easy for everyone!

The next step will be setting up the services needed, reviewing the contract, and collecting a non-refundable deposit.

Our procedure is simple and made with your family in mind.  We are here to help, NEVER to make it more difficult!

We have a few requirements when loving those furry friends.

  1. All animals must have resided in your home for 10 weeks.  This is done for your furry friend’s best interest.

  2. All animals must be 10 weeks old and weaned from their mother.

  3. Before we can assist you with pet care needs, proof of all necessary vaccines for your pet is required.

  4. During the reservation, we will keep in touch about the health of the clients and pet sitters.

The CCH Pet Services Team is excited to work with you, and our procedures are to help keep everyone safe.

Thank You,

Emma Wilson, Owner & Operator
