Founder & Owner
Emma is the founder and owner of Comfy Cozy Home Pet Services. She created the business with a passion for providing dependable, compassionate pet care that helps animals feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owners are away.
Her mission is to build trusting relationships with both pets and their families through personalized care, clear communication, and genuine attention to each pet’s unique needs.
Emma believes every pet deserves to be treated like family, and she looks forward to getting to know you and your pets.
Emilia Murphy
Administrative Assistant
Emilia has found great satisfaction in caring for various creatures over the years and now in lending an administrative hand to Comfy Cozy.
She spends most of her days with paint or ink on her fingers and is always considering different paper weights.
Emilia enjoys reading, writing, and all things structure. She looks forward to serving you and your pets!
Caroline has a big heart and loves to care for all things, from cute little animals to the many plants scattered around her room.
When she isn’t playing tug-of-war with your furry friend, she can be found under a cozy blanket reading a good fantasy book and drinking a warm cup of hot cinnamon spice tea.

She loves art and music and is generally a very creative person!
Susanna loves nature walks and hiking through the beautiful Chattanooga area whenever possible.
Susanna looks forward to meeting you and getting to know your pets!

Annie enjoys reading long books in the sun and sometimes writing as well.
Baking has also become a big hobby Annie likes to share with others.
Annie loves caring for animals, playing with them, and building relationships.
