Terms of Service for Comfy Cozy Home Pet Services LLC

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the dog walking and pet sitting services ("Services") provided by Comfy Cozy Home Pet Services LLC ("We," "Us," or "Our") to clients ("You," "Your"). By booking or using our Services, You agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

We provide dog walking, pet sitting, and related services as requested by You. Our Services are designed to care for and exercise pets, including dogs, cats, homestead and farm animals, and other small animals. Service details, including duration, pricing, and specific tasks, will be agreed upon before each service is performed.

2. Booking and Payment

To secure Services, reservations must be made in advance through our website or by phone. Payment for Services is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. We accept various payment methods, which will be outlined at the time of payment.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

If You need to cancel or reschedule a service, please notify Us at least 7 days before the scheduled service time to avoid cancellation fees. Cancellations within 7 days may incur a fee of [25%] of the total service cost. Refunds will not be issued for services already rendered.

4. Pet Health and Safety

You confirm that Your pets are in good health and can participate in the requested Services. You are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, behavioral issues, or special requirements related to Your pets. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue Services if We deem a pet to be a risk to the safety of our staff or other animals.

5. Key and Access

If applicable, You will provide Us with a key, access code, or other means to enter Your home for pet sitting or walking. You agree to provide clear instructions on accessing Your property and ensuring that any security systems are disabled or provide necessary access permissions.

6. Liability

You agree to hold Us harmless from any injury, loss, or damage that occurs during the performance of our Services, except when caused by our negligence or misconduct. We are not responsible for any property damage or personal injury that arises while Your pets are in Our care, except in cases of gross negligence.

7. Pet Behavior

You are responsible for ensuring that Your pets are well-behaved and do not pose a threat to our walkers, sitters, or other animals. We reserve the right to terminate Services if Your pets exhibit aggressive behavior or cause harm.

8. Inclement Weather and Force of Nature

In the event of inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances that may affect the delivery of Services, We will make every reasonable effort to reschedule or adjust the service. We are not liable for any failure to provide Services due to such events.

9. Privacy

We respect Your privacy and will handle Your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website.

10. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the revised Terms will apply to all Services booked after the posting date.
